Windows Server and RDS licence activation

In order to activate the Windows Server operating system, please request this at servicedesk@atman.pl

In your application, please provide the ID of the virtual machine on which you wish to activate the licence and the date when you would like the licence to be activated.

Once we have this information, our engineer will contact you to confirm/establish the activation day and your preferred method.

The activation of a Windows Server or RDS (Remote Desktop Services) licence on a client virtual machine can be done in three ways:

1. using the Atman engineer’s remote console to the customer’s virtual machine in the VMware vCloud Director panel

2. by creating a user on the client’s virtual machine and transferring that user’s login credentials to an Atman engineer

3. By starting a remote session using MS Teams and transferring control to an Atman engineer under customer supervision

An Atman engineer will log into the virtual machine by your preferred method and enter the Windows Server or RDS activation code.
