Creating an isolated network

  1. In the Tenant panel, select the Networking tab, then Networks.

  2. Use the NEW button to start the process of creating a virtual network.

  3. Select in which Virtual Data Centre Organisation the network is to be set up:

  1. Select type Isolated - isolated network not plugged into router T1.

  1. Enter network name, description and CIDR in the format XX.XX.XX.1/XX, e.g. 10.10.20.1/24

  1. Specify the address range, IP to be used statically when the virtual machines are plugged into this network and add with the ADD button.

  1. Specify the default DNS and Suffix for the network to be created.

  2. Approve the creation of the network
